Cosmic CRF IPO

Cosmic CRF, a company specializing in the supply of cold-rolled stainless sections to manufacturing companies and railways, commenced its Initial Public Offering (IPO) today.

The IPO is valued at Rs 60 crore, and a price band of Rs 314-330 has been established for the shares. In the gray market, where unofficial trading occurs before the official listing, the shares of Cosmic CRF are being traded at a Grey Market Premium (GMP) of 11 rupees, mainly due to the upper price limit of the price band.

Despite the presence of this gray market premium, market experts emphasize that investors should base their decision on investing in the IPO on the company’s fundamentals and financials, rather than relying solely on the signals from the gray market.

Evaluating the company’s financial performance, growth prospects, management team, industry trends, and other relevant factors should be the primary considerations when making investment decisions in an IPO.

The company planned to issue 18.22 lakh (1.822 million) new equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each.
